Resources Generalist helps organize, coordinate and carry out all
human resource department projects and processes for the Company.
They work directly with and assist the Human Resources Manager to
fulfill a variety of necessary HR functions. This includes
recruiting, on-boarding, and performance management. The Human
Resources Generalist must track and maintain all employee data
necessary and maintain accurate employee records. The Human
Resources Generalist must be engaging, solution oriented and both
positive and proactive.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the
recruitment process, including posting positions, and monitoring
applicant flow. Works with managers to assist them in using the
recruiting website to screen applicants, check references, and send
offers to selected candidates.Prepares offer letters and ensures
that background checks are reviewed and approved before candidates
begin employment.Coordinates the new-hire process, including
organizing employee orientation, creating new employee packages,
ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and
electronically filed. Maintains the HR sections of the Company
intranet website, to include company organization charts and the
employee directory.Administers the performance management program;
monitors review status and assists managers in completely annual
appraisals.Manage new employee benefits orientation, enrollment,
and annual training of benefit plansBecome the primary interface
with Benefit carrier(s) managing and resolving all issues related
to the process and addressing employee inquiriesMake sure all
employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential.Prepares
HR related reports and analysisAbide by company enforced HR
processes and current employment laws and regulations.Lead employee
events and other special projects as needed by the Company.Prepare,
receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and
packages.Ordering and Maintaining office supplies as needed.Works
with company security and maintenance to ensure all health and
safety regulations are followedPerform other duties as
assigned.Required QualificationsComfortable working in a highly
visible role.Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to
multitask.Excellent time-management skills.Proficient with Google
Suite.Strong prioritization and stress management skills.Excellent
communication skills both oral and written, face to face and on the
phone.Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
accurately.Willing to take initiative and work independently.
Minimum two (2) years of experience working as HR
Generalist.Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and
accountability.Shows empathy and understanding of the role as
advocate of employees and the Company.Ability to work with a
diverse range of individuals and put employees at ease.Preferred
QualificationsAssociate's Degree in human resources or related
field. 4+ years relevant experience in HR work.BenefitsMedical,
