Executive Recruiter Position:

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for fully owning and executing executive level searches across the system through managing all aspects of the executive search, including creative candidate sourcing for highly specialized positions, candidate generation, stakeholder engagement, marketing, and offer negotiation. Essential Functions Represents company brand, mission, and values with pride, and emphasize features of employment with the organization and prepares candidates for a great interview experience. Ensures that applicants are treated professionally, has a comprehensive understanding of the job for which they are applying, and has a positive perception of the company.

Develops, socializes, and gains support for the organization's talent acquisition strategy, direction, programs and processes. Conducts marketplace research to map target companies and top talent for existing and future needs. Creates in-depth executive candidate profiles and persona's. Advises on best practices and all aspects of executive recruitment, recruiting effectiveness and improvement of existing organizational practices. Leads client update meetings on active searches. Provides on-going consulting services to assist management in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating talent acquisition strategies, and participates in workforce planning.

Partners with leadership in the development and implementation of local and nationwide recruitment strategies. Builds relationships with internal talent, HR Executives and C-Suite leaders as well as external talent as influential, and a trusted advisor. Stays up to date on best and emerging recruitment practices by researching new methodologies and trends. Facilitate workshops, interviews, or meetings to review managers' current talent infrastructure as well as recommend creative solutions to acquire and hire talent and develop leaders to deliver positive first experiences for team members. Creatively source, screen and coordinate the recruiting process, including candidate travel and candidate itinerary.

Effectively present information on the opportunity, the company, and the community. Respond to questions accurately by phone, e-mail or in person. Proactively anticipate, investigate, and resolve client and candidate concerns. Act as a liaison between the applicant and other departments involved in the new hire process to ensure that all documentation is received and processed in a timely manner. Partners across organization to enhance a healthy team member lifecycle, in terms of orientation, onboarding, engagement, and succession. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards. Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures. Other Related Functions Articulates the strategic value of integrated talent management processes. Utilizes written communication to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries. Effectively verbally communicate and ability to adapt style to influence senior leadership as needed.

Utilizes enterprise software, particularly HRIS and other talent management technologies (e.g., recruiting, performance management, learning management, succession management) to recruitment process. Works independently and across multiple disciplines to drive projects to completion. Maintains confidentiality.

Education/Training

Bachelor's degree required

Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience is required, to include two (2) years' experience in recruiting C-Suite Level Positions. Demonstrated experience researching marketplace data. Demonstrated experience managing salary negotiations. Demonstrated skillset assessing candidate quality. Advanced use of technology or HR systems.
