4 Corner Resources is currently looking for a Remote Human Resources Temp to support one of our enterprise healthcare clients headquartered in Lower Manhattan NY and Orlando, FL. This position begins remote however will eventually go back onsite. This client is a fully vaccinated facility and candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to move forward with the process. The Human Resources Temp will support all the unplanned work that has resulted from COVID, including, but not limited to, managing the testing process, approval to return to field/office process and the vaccine volunteer initiative, and responding to COVID-oriented employee inquiries and questions. Oversight will be provided by the Director of HR Shared Services. Human Resources Temp Job Description: --- Liaise with the testing vendor, including uploading kit requests and researching issues. --- Review test results on a daily basis and use to approve an employee to be in the field or office. --- Track and report on testing compliance. --- Communicate to employees regularly regarding testing cycles and answering questions --- Communicate with employees when results are positive or inconclusive. When positive, engage in contact tracing using our systems, and communicate to all those potentially exposed. --- Track those who are in process to return to office/field, ensuring all approval process steps are completed. --- Communicate with those seeking approval, to ensure they understand the process --- Send out approval emails when process completed, including sending info about the Health Check Questionnaire --- Moderate the MS Teams section for volunteers, including answering questions, engaging with employees and setting the tone of excitement. --- Review and manage the scheduler document, including sending schedule info to our volunteer partners, updating it daily/as needed, reporting on number of volunteers, sending out information to volunteers and managers. --- Support the introduction of any new volunteer partnerships. --- Respond to inquiries within ServiceNow on general COVID questions --- Assist, when needed, with COVID crisis tasks, resolving, opening and/or closing Human Resources Temp Minimum Qualifications: --- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution --- Experience in a high-volume operational setting, able to multi-task and jump from task to task --- HR knowledge and experience --- Strong technical skills -- must have strong Excel (pivots and vLookups) experience. Workday and ServiceNow is a plus, but needs demonstrated ability to acclimate to new systems and be comfortable working within them --- Demonstrate strong oral and written communications. Experience talking to employees about HR issues and concerns. --- Comfort being self-motivated, able to work on one's own and remotely. --- Strong judgment, able to understand the nuances of our COVID policies and respond to questions. Hours: Monday --- Friday, 9am - 5pm Contract Length : 6 months Pay Rate: $40-43 based on experience Job Requirements:
