As a Cook II at Elliott Aster within Marriott International, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting kitchen environment that demands excellence. Prepare all sections of the menu according to the restaurant recipes and standards. Ensure the kitchen, equipment, and utensils are kept clean and follow the hygiene rules. Monitor kitchen stock and place orders when needed. Assist in the development of menu items and daily specials. Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Implement and maintain compliance with Marriott's safety and hygiene policies. Excellent food preparation and cooking skills. Strong understanding of kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred.
