Role Overview: S odexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1
for our premier account, Lakeside Retirement Community at Waterman
Village in Mount Dora, FL. This upscale Continuing Care Retirement
Community (CCRC) embodies the true spirit of community where
Residents enjoy the security of a worry-free lifestyle. The campus
provides active Seniors a variety of programs and amenities, as
well as a full continuum of on-site healthcare services. To learn

direct daily operations of food service operations; ensure
employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources,
ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met;
develop and implement plans, projects, with defined objectives,
methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo
strategic plan; establish a safe work environment; utilize Sodexo
tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff
relationships to ensure account retention. What We Offer:

least 2 years work history in hospitality which demonstrates strong
leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and
the ability to work collaboratively; is an independent self-starter
who can work in a high-paced environment with a very demanding
client who can multi-task while managing 20 associates; has an eye
for details and a strong background in food safety and sanitation
compliance; has a passion for a high level of customer service;
ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional
communication skills; is an independent self-starter who thrives in
a fast-paced environment; ability to create a positive environment

. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement -
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management
Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work
experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast
food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food
courts, etc.
