Job Description The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time Restaurant Cash Room Clerk to join our team at Tutto Italia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Restaurant Cash Room Clerk, you will be responsible for handling and organizing daily cash operations to support smooth financial processes and ensure accuracy, security, and compliance. What will you do? Count and verify daily cash intake from all sales outlets, and prepare and reconcile accurate bank deposits Balance tills and cash drawers, identifying and resolving discrepancies while maintaining detailed records of cash inflows and outflows Monitor and manage change fund levels and ensure the cash room remains secure, organized, and compliant with safety protocols Reconcile credit card receipts with daily sales reports, investigating and correcting any inconsistencies Support point of sale operations by assisting the dining room team and providing excellent guest service during transactions More about you Previous cash handling experience Excellent guest service skills Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance a bank No high school diploma or GED required Shift details Days Evenings Overnight Holidays Weekends OT as needed Who we are Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world.
