Management: UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management is
located in the heart of the tourism district serving approximately

Opportunity: As a Chef II at Rosen College of Hospitality
Management, your role combines culinary expertise, educational
support, and event management. You will assist instructors in
advanced training, provide guidance, and supervise UCF
undergraduate students and food and beverage employees within the
college's laboratory settings. Additionally, you will manage and
coordinate catered events both on and off-campus, showcasing your
culinary skills in real-world applications. If you're a passionate

Responsibilities: Educational Support:
- Collaborate with lead instructors to facilitate advanced
culinary training sessions.
- Supervise and guide food and beverage employees, fostering a
collaborative and productive learning environment. Events support:
- Coordinate catered events, applying culinary expertise to
create exceptional dining experiences.
- Oversee event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and
customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with event teams to design menus, maintain food
quality standards, and enhance the overall event experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years
of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification.
- Proven culinary experience with a strong background in various
cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Event management and catering experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills for event planning and
guest interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership in culinary roles, with the ability to
