Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Job SummaryThe Corporate Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all Corporate Retail/F&B operations and the service in the hotels retail/food & beverage outlets. He/she is also responsible for training, motivating, and coaching the associates, driving revenues and EBIT, opening new F&B/Retail operations, project management, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs.Education & Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience.
Must have knowledge of Retail/F&B budgets, P&L statements, project management, Micros/Clover POS, F&B Marketing, revenue growth skills, Food & Beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role within a hotel
environment.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
Technical Service knowledge.
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable, Clover and Micros.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Project Management Skills Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
