CNO's worksite team is hiring a Client Experience Manager, Implementation to ensure the successful implementation of benefits administration systems. This role leads implementation from inception to launch and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure a solid end user experience.

As Client Experience Manager, Implementation you can work remotely to collaborate with teammates across the country to ensure a solution that is bug free, user friendly, and delivered on time.

**As a Client Experience Manager, Implementation your responsibilities will include:**

+ Creating and executing project plan based on discovery and sales handoff. Managing the flow/timeline of the implementation plan to meet deadlines and escalate when necessary.

+ Assisting team in gathering information to populate implementation tool used in the configuration of the communication website and Benefits Administration portal.

+ Working with multiple departments within the organization to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner and maintain accessible and responsive to our customer's needs.

+ Working with Configuration and Quality Assurance teams to ensure rigorous testing of group sites.

+ Leading all status calls with the implementation team to assist in gathering all facts and documents to facilitate the configuration of the systems.

+ Establishing a relationship with the employer group and broker contacts by being responsive and providing excellent customer service.

+ Acting as liaison between customer and other departments within Web Benefits.

+ Conducting User Acceptance and Administrator training.

+ Working with data team to coordinate census loads and ongoing system audit requirements.

+ Providing smooth handoff to service manager once system has launched to facilitate ongoing support to the customer.

+ Participating in internal/external meetings to review functionality issues.

**The Client Experience Manager, Implementation position is well-suited for you if:**

+ You have knowledge of account management/client relationship principles and best practices.

+ You can travel to client locations to ensure we stay in front of our clients and to make customers aware of the exceptional support and value WBD adds to their organization.

+ You have polished and professional presentation and meeting skills.

+ You excel at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

+ You have a high sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.

**Qualified candidates will have:**

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration and customer service/support role.

At this time, CNO is not mandating its associates to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. However, this is an evolving situation, in the future CNO may require its associates to be vaccinated as a condition of employment, subject to reasonable accommodations required by applicable law.

Currently, all CNO Financial Group offices are closed due to the ongoing pandemic. Upon reopening, we will be pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60 mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
