Summary of Position: -The Area Marketing Manager will develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. This position is responsible for administering, coordinating, and operating all -Marketing platforms and needs throughout the Orlando and Miami locations. -Top Candidates will be innovative, strong decision makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change. Duties & Responsibilities:
--- - - - - - - - -Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
--- - - - - - - - -Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
--- - - - - - - - -Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
--- - - - - - - - -Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
--- - - - - - - - -Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
--- - - - - - - - -Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
--- - - - - - - - -Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
--- - - - - - - - -Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics alongside Social Media Manager.
--- - - - - - - - -Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms alongside social media manager, sales department and operations team.
--- - - - - - - - -Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
--- - - - - - - - -Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand
--- - - - - - - - -Undertake audience research
--- - - - - - - - -Create, Manage, and Maintain a budget for all marketing initiatives while being able to report ROI monthly to executive team.
--- - - - - - - - -Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
--- - - - - - - - -Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifies problem areas, and takes corrective actions
--- - - - - - - - -Provide Monthly and quarterly reporting of all analytics and data from all Social Media platforms
--- - - - - - - - -Performs other related duties as assigned by Senior Management.
--- - - - - - - - -Develop/Implement and execute Marketing Strategies for new Products.
--- - - - - - - - -Prepare a roadmap of advertisement and sales promotion and specify the channels of distribution for goods and services.
--- - - - - - - - -Manager weekly/monthly/yearly Nightlife, Social and Show calendar, anticipating holiday weekends and special in-town events. -Qualifications:

  • Be 21 years of age.
    --- - - - - - - - -Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must pass a background check.
    • Must be willing to present COVID Vaccination card or Weekly Negative Testing from clinic or accredited Pharmacy.
      --- - - - - - - - -Computer skills required: ( Internet Software; Payroll Systems; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Contract Management Systems; Design Software; Human Resource Systems; Order Processing Systems; Project Management Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and Publisher software.
      --- - - - - - - - -Restaurant / nightclub experience preferred but not required.
      --- - - - - - - - -Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English. -(Bilingual Spanish a plus).
      • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
      • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
      • Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
