There are a lot of moving parts to our restaurants and our Managers
manage to bring them all together.
Fred's is a full-service, multi-unit, family-style restaurant;
serving fresh, farm to table southern dishes for breakfast, lunch,
and dinner. We have multiple restaurants throughout Central
Florida. We are located in Plant City, Lakeland, and Riverview. We
are looking for applicants who have a devotion to customer service,
team building, and personal growth; as well as, an appreciation of
serving family-style food, lovingly prepared using tried and true
southern recipes, handed down through the Johnson family for
generations. Our ideal manager must have experience in a fast-paced
restaurant environment and is someone who exemplifies true "Bless
Your Heart" Southern Hospitality. Restaurants hours are from
6am-9pm Monday-Sunday. Some travel between Lakeland and Riverview
may be required during training.
