Event Location: SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winter ParkAddress: 1127 N.   • Must be 18 or over.
  • Food Handler license a plus.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and varying shifts.
  • Previous retail or cafĂ©/restaurant experience is strongly desired.

    • Responsible for frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating on needed pastries and bread
    • Baking recipes and preparing all desserts
    • Responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries
    • Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchenCake Team Member
      • Responsible for scaling, decorating and producing of all Desserts, Pastries and Cakes
      • General knowledge of production methods and organization of Confectionary production
      • Learn new products and skills and has ability to demonstrate proper techniques to new Cakers
      • Make creams and sauces for cakes and pastries
      • Ensure cake display is presentable for internal and external customersRetailer
        • Check quality of all the products for displays and organize rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts
        • Make beverages on the basis and demand during operating business hours and prepare coffee
        • Operate POS system (Toast) and perform tasks such as cash handling and credit card processing with attention to accuracy
        • Pay attention to guests and greet guests by making eye contact, smiling and spreading joy!Team Leader
          • Providing excellent customer service to all customers that come into the establishment or call for orders following Paris Baguette's high standard of excellence
          • Check quality of all the products for displays and organize rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts
          • Delegating the duties between crew members on the floor and assigning the duties to be carried out
          • Checking on the crew to make sure said duties are completed
          • Enter in the customer's order in the POS and know how to use the POS system in placeGeneral Manager and AGM
            • Achieves financial objectives by developing and monitoring the performance of financial operational plans/budgets, sales & marketing plans to support the overall objectives of the Company. Controls labor and expenses in all areas of operations. Analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
            • Manages the day-to-day operations of the facility. Schedules, plans and organizes work and communicates goals. Ensures staff compliance of standards and procedures, identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves issues.
            • Manages multiple departments effectively. Conducts weekly (or as-needed) meetings with management team to review performance and offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving individual and company's goals. Reviews weekly/monthly P&L statements, works with management team and develops action plans to grow revenue and control expenses that meet or exceed annual budgets.
            • Hires, trains and supports cafe management and cafe staff.
            • Manages direct reports to accomplish performance goals. Provides developmental coaching and guidance for long-term career growth opportunities to all direct reports. Trains, conducts planning sessions and performance reviews with direct reports and disciplines when necessary.
