Job Description:

The Disney Cruise Line Shoreside Guest Service Associate will create magic for our Guests before they arrive for their experience and for their stay. The Disney Cruise Line Shoreside Guest Service Associate will answer both Cast, Guest and Business Partner questions through multiple sources of communication. The Disney Cruise Line Shoreside Guest Service Associate will assist Guest and Partner escalations. The Disney Cruise Line Shoreside Guest Service Associate will research, provide guest service resolution to situations that are related to reservations and experiences with our services.DCL Shoreside Guest Service Associates will attend a paid mandatory training class (split between both on site and virtual) where you will participate in multiple performance assessments. Candidates are required to be fully available beginning July 18 for training and training will be conducted during the day.This position is a hybrid role, working in the office and remotely from home based on operational needs. This position requires you to live in the state of Florida.The starting pay rate for this position is $18.40/hour as well as an additional premium of $1.00/hour for working overnight.Basic Qualifications :

• Third shift positions begin working at 10:00pm or later and must be available until 8:30am
• Manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing
• Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills Grammar Fluency and professional email etiquette
• Experience using Standard Office Software
• Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
