Job DescriptionOur company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business in Orlando for over 22 years and have locations across the country. We are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals for Client Services at our Longwood office. We are a hard working company and are seeking to improve our performance with like-minded team players. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to their jobs.Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. There is a team atmosphere in the Office and all challenges are handled as a group. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.We provide paid Holidays, paid vacation time and a company match IRA program. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Optimizing our installation and service schedule
  • Working with clients and handling every phase of their job schedule
  • Responsible for problem resolution for clients
  • Material and inventory management support, office-to-production liaison with vendors
  • Maintaining customer database and input of information into our CRS
  • Social media implementation and management
  • Processing new orders and payments
  • Working with employees in the field
  • Answering busy/multiple phone lines
  • Calling, booking and scheduling appointments
  • Administrative support to all department managers Specific requirements:
    • Good organization skills and be able to multi-task
    • Computer experience including Word and Excel, excellent typing skills
    • Experience with "Sales Force" CRS data base "required"
    • Strong and precise follow through
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work
    • Familiar with the Greater Orlando area, roads and locations
    • Previous experience in the Home Improvement or construction field a plus If you are energetic and upbeat, this may be the place for you. Our work environment is casual, energetic and fun.
