We specialize in conforming and customizing our distribution programs to meet each customer's individual needs and provide exceptional service throughout the process.Ideal Candidate QualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredAssociates degree in a business-related field preferredTwo (2) years at a front desk positionWorking knowledge of MS 365Proficient with MS ExcelKnowledge of QuickBooksNecessary SkillsMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always, via telephone and emailMust be flexible, patient and maintain a courteous demeanor alwaysLearning our products and services inside and outAdvanced listening skills, attention to detailAcknowledging and resolving customer concerns promptlyCommunicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessaryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of QuickBooks preferred or willingness to learnAbility to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently due to custom programs used.Essential FunctionsReceptionist - Answer telephones, handle incoming and outgoing mail, greet and direct all visitors, sign for deliveries, notify building manager of any issues with the facility.Assist Office Manager - Track American Express receipts against billing and notify employees of missing receipts, scan and attach bills and payments in QuickBooks, and various other office tasks, track company assets. Assist with clearing product exceptions when needed. Create FEDA codes as requested.Customer Service - Process all requests for new user accounts. Super user accounts and password requests. Answer help emails from customers by directing them to the appropriate distributor. Assist customers who call with account, product, invoice, and order issues. Provide unit and accounting information to Distributors when requested.
