HCA Healthcare, a leader in medical services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team on a per diem basis. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care in a high-stakes environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes during cardiovascular surgeries. As a PRN nurse, you will have the flexibility to work according to operational needs while upholding the standards of care that HCA Healthcare is known for. Provide specialized nursing care in cardiovascular operating rooms. Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring all sterile techniques are followed. Monitor patient status and provide timely updates to surgical teams. Administer medications and maintain detailed patient records. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a cardiovascular surgical setting Ability to work flexibly on a PRN basis Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Proficiency in using medical software and surgical tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license BLS/ACLS certification CNOR certification preferred
