Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a premier provider of medical services, seeks a
diligent Registered Nurse (OR PRN) to join our Operating Room team.
This role demands expert nursing care quality and the aptitude to
function under varied schedules, adapting to diverse surgical
environments. As an integral part of our team, you'll contribute to
procedures directly impacting patients' lives while adhering to the
highest standards of safety and hygiene. Administer and monitor
patient care in preoperative, operative, and postoperative
settings. Collaborate with surgical teams and other medical
professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Implement
infection control protocols and maintain sterilization standards.
Manage equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for surgical
procedures. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Strong clinical skills in a surgical
environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to perform
effectively in high-pressure scenarios Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred
