Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, surgeries, injuries, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation services. Our RNs play a critical role in patients' recovery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. Assess patient condition, plan and implement patient care plans Monitor and record patient progress in response to therapy Administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated patient care Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, ensuring safe and effective care Strong clinical skills in a rehab setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) a plus
