Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients with endocrine disorders. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, effectively communicating any concerns to appropriate specialists. Educate patients and their families on disease management, post-discharge care, and preventive measures. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a med-surg environment Knowledge of endocrine system disorders Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
