Job Description:
Join HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, a prominent healthcare

and cancer care. We are currently seeking a Registered Respiratory
Therapist to support our commitment to exceptional care by
delivering respiratory therapy and services. As part of our team,
you will leverage advanced technology and work alongside our highly
skilled medical staff to enhance patient outcomes and provide
specialized respiratory care tailored to individual patient needs.
Perform respiratory care assessments and treatments under the
direction of the healthcare team. Operate and manage life support
systems, including ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
Collaborate with the medical team to develop and modify individual
patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and
their families regarding respiratory treatments and equipment.
Participate in clinical rounds and ongoing assessments of patient's
respiratory status. Maintain patient safety and comply with
healthcare regulations and standards. Proficiency in operating
respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators. Strong
understanding of patient assessments and pulmonary rehabilitation.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize patient care in a
high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for
Respiratory Care (NBRC) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
