Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of
Registered Nurse in our Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit (NVICU).
This critical role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse
to deliver specialized care to patients with severe neurological
issues. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role
in patient recovery, working in a high-stake environment requiring
precise critical thinking and decision-making skills. Join us in

lives profoundly. Administer and coordinate routine and emergency
neurological and post-surgical care. Monitor patient status and
respond with appropriate interventions. Work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Educate patients
and families on treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Ensure the
application of HCA's strict protocols and quality standards in
patient care. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in
using medical software and patient management systems. Capacity to
handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
Certification in Neurological Care (CNRN) preferred. Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certifications.
