Job Description:

through diagnostic testing and assessments. Develop and implement
respiratory care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment such as ventilators and
oxygen supply systems. Educate patients and families on respiratory
health and treatment plans. Respond to emergency resuscitation
situations and provide support in intensive care units. Adhere to
hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure high-quality
care. Expert knowledge in ventilator management and airway
management. Proficiency in pulmonary rehabilitation and emergency
care. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams. Strong communication skills essential for
educating patients and their families. Capability to handle
stressful situations with professionalism and calm. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the
National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Active licensure as a
Respiratory Therapist in the state of Florida. BLS/ACLS
Certification from the American Heart Association or
equivalent.
