Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home-based care, is seeking an
experienced Home Health Clinical Manager RN to oversee a team of
nursing professionals while ensuring high-quality and compassionate
patient care. In this pivotal role, the Clinical Manager will
utilize their extensive knowledge in nursing and management to
maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and
implement patient care plans tailored to the needs of individuals.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for
nurturing and leadership in the healthcare sector. Oversee daily
operations of nursing staff and home healthcare services. Review
and implement comprehensive patient care plans. Ensure compliance
with healthcare laws, regulations, and Aveanna’s policies. Manage
patient care coordination and assure quality of services. Offer
ongoing training and support to nursing staff. Develop performance
improvement initiatives. Engage in recruitment and retention of
staff. Analyze patient outcomes and operational efficiency to
suggest improvements. Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of patient care and privacy regulations
Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health
records Skilled in communication, both verbal and written
Capability to handle multiple tasks and critical decision-making
Experience with budget management and cost control Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid and active
RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Certification in
healthcare management (preferable, not mandatory)
