Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered
Nurse for our Telemetry unit, providing top-tier patient care and
comprehensive cardiac monitoring. Join our nurturing team committed
to patient safety and clinical excellence in a dynamic healthcare
environment. This role is pivotal in monitoring patients with acute
conditions by using advanced telemetry technology to track vital
signs, detect abnormalities, and provide immediate care. Monitor
patient vital signs through telemetry and detect arrhythmias or
abnormalities. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor
responses. Assist with patient activities of daily living and
provide emotional support. Document patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Maintain a safe and
clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess,
plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Proficiency in the
use of telemetry equipment Strong analytical and decision-making
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capable of
handling high-stress situations Knowledge of basic healthcare and
patient care protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license
required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
