Job Description:

hospitals, as a Registered Nurse to support our mission in aiding
patients' journey towards recovery. In this role, you will work
closely with a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering
high-quality, personalized care. This includes assessing patients'
health problems and needs, developing nursing care plans, and
maintaining detailed medical records. Our ideal candidate is

challenges of critical healthcare. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient conditions as appropriate using computerized documentation
systems. Instruct and educate patients and families. Administer
medications and treatments per physician orders. Participate in
discharge planning and multidisciplinary team meetings. Implement
and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the
healthcare team. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with healthcare
technology and electronic health records Ability to work
collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Medical Insurance

registered nurse license in the state of employment. Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) preferred.
