Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a highly competent and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare
professionals. Our RNs play a pivotal role in the recovery process
of patients who have endured serious illnesses or injuries. At
Encompass Health, you will work in a dynamic inpatient
rehabilitation setting where the focus is on implementing
personalized, patient-centered care plans and advancing your
nursing skills in a supportive environment. This position offers

spirit of every individual we serve. Assess patient conditions
through careful examination and monitor ongoing health status.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor reactions. Develop
and implement nursing care plans. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and
other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary healthcare team to support recovery. Document all
patient interactions and treatments accurately. Guide and supervise
assigned nursing staff, including LPNs and nurse aides. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to make quick and
accurate assessments of patient conditions Strong organizational
and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

401k Current registered nurse license in the state of employment.
CPR and BLS certification required.
