Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Full-time weekday schedule Collaborative, team-based care model Focus on quality improvement & coordinated care Athena EMR Supportive, inclusive, physician-friendly workplace Clinical Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult and geriatric patients • Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness services • Document patient encounters in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards • Collaborate with Medical Assistants and interdisciplinary clinical teams • Coordinate care to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and clinical problem-solving • Support special medical projects and onsite services as needed • Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards Compensation & Benefits Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match CME: 4 days $3,500 annually Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Relocation assistance & sign-on bonus options Stable, long-term career opportunity ? Candidate Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Board Certified or Board Eligible in: – Family Medicine – Internal Medicine – Geriatric Medicine • Active or eligible unrestricted Florida medical license • Active, unrestricted DEA license • Current BLS & ACLS certifications ?
