FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking Physical Therapists to join the team at our Metro West location. We have Full & Part-Time positions available and offer flexibility with scheduling. What We Offer: Retention Bonus (4% of your annual salary) paid after nine months of employment Benefits package PTO In-house PAID training Clinic and corporate mentorship Process in place to train/mentor to develop proficiency In-house certification and CEUS Opportunities for professional development and leadership Input into the running of the clinic without having to manage or lead High-performance team environment without the stress of a hospital Primary Responsibilities Include : Perform new patient evaluations and examinations Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and records Plan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries Communicate with referring physicians Successful Candidates Must Have : Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida 1 years of experience in the field is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with vestibular/Pelvic floor/Lymphedema is a plus Company Description FYZICAL Metro West is a medical and scientific-based physical therapy and fitness organization with a broad range of expertise.
