Job Description Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a
dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality,
patient-centered care in a home health setting. The ideal candidate
practices independently, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and
effectively manages both routine and complex patient care
situations. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful

supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in accordance with professional standards,
using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation. Provide care that addresses the
psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients
and their families. Administer medications and treatments according
to established protocols; monitor patients for side effects and
treatment effectiveness. Accurately document patient history,
symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and
provide education to patients, families, and caregivers,
identifying available resources and support. Make appropriate
assignments and delegate tasks to other care providers to ensure
safe and effective patient care. Participate in orientation,
competency validation, and ongoing professional development
programs to maintain and enhance clinical skills. Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 1 year
of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Current RN
license in the state of employment (or compact license). Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing
Core Curriculum (TNCC) certifications required or must be obtained
within designated timeframes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience
in home health, acute care, or a related specialty. Strong skills
in patient education, clinical assessment, and critical thinking.
Familiarity with neonatal or maternal-child care protocols is a
