Here’s what we offer (and what makes us different): Steady caseload — we handle the marketing referrals so you don’t have to hustle for clients $75–$125/hour — competitive pay with predictable income - Paid quickly 2 times per month Exclusively private pay clients — no insurance headaches or endless admin work Beautiful modern office that’s all yours (no “shared desk” shuffle) Hybrid schedule — in-office 3–4 days/week up to 20% telehealth from home 4-day work week option if desired for better work-life balance Positive, supportive environment — no micromanagement, no burnout culture What we’re looking for: Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD At least 2 years of experience Ready to take on a full-time caseload of ~20 clients/week (more if you want) Team-oriented but independent — you’ll have autonomy with support behind you This is an independent contractor 1099 role (full-time).
