We value strong clinical leadership and teamwork. Haven Home Health is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to support our Pasco, FL home health branch. This leadership role works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support field staff, and ensure compliance with Medicare regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field clinicians Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and agency policies Participate in chart review, QA activities, and case conferences Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical competency Serve as a clinical resource for interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active Florida RN license 12 years of Medicare Home Health experience (required) Clinical supervisory or leadership experience preferred Working knowledge of RCD (Review Choice Demonstration) Kinnser / WellSky EMR experience a plus Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Major medical and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Separate paid sick time with immediate use Supportive leadership team and collaborative environment.
