Job Description Job Description Company Description Schedule: Days (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) • Must be available for 24/7 leadership response Compensation: $79,000–$110,000/year (experience-based) • ~10 yrs: ~$98,000 • ~15 yrs: ~$110,000 Sign-On Bonus: Not offered Relocation Assistance: Available, case-by-case Job Description Position Overview A high-performing acute care hospital in Sanford, FL is seeking a Nurse Manager for Critical Care to lead both the ICU and PCU (31 beds, ~48 FTEs). This leadership role is ideal for an experienced, engaged, and clinically strong ICU nurse leader who thrives in improving patient outcomes, staff performance, and operational excellence.
