Health Care 4 All is hiring compassionate and skilled Registered
Nurses (RNs) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private
duty, long-term care in Orlando, Florida . This is a 12-hour night
shift Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am position providing
one-on-one care in a home setting. Youll care for medically complex
clients, including pediatric and adult patients, delivering
individualized, high-quality care as an independent contractor. Key
Responsibilities: Provide overnight, one-on-one skilled nursing
care in Orlando , FL Monitor and respond to changes in client
health status Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Document all nursing care accurately Communicate effectively with
care teams and family members Ensure compliance with clinical and
legal standards Provide emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, First
Aid) if needed Qualifications: Active RN license in Florida
(Required) Fluent in Spanish (Required) Current CPR/First Aid
certification Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
Comfortable working independently in home environments Availability
for (12-hour) shifts in Orlando. Preferred Experience: Private
duty, home health, or long-term care (LTC) experience Pediatric or
medically fragile patient care Familiarity with G-tubes, trach
care, or ventilators a plus Compassionate, dependable, and
