Collaborative Local Team: - Join a strong, supportive anesthesia care team of 10 physicians and 30 experienced CRNAs across our three campuses: Pine Ridge, Collier, and North Naples. - Facilities include: - 8 Main ORs - 3 Endoscopy suites - 3 Cath Labs - 2 CVORs - We take pride in our cohesive culture — where teamwork, respect, and mutual support drive everything we do. Qualifications - NBCRNA Board Certified or Eligible - Authorized to work in the U.S. - New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply Flexible Scheduling That Fits Your Life - Enjoy a 4-shift work week with a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. - No weekday call - Limited weekend call (with extra pay) - No nights! - Waterfall leave for smooth time-off planning - You’ll handle a wide variety of cases — including general, vascular, ortho, neuro spine, EP, endo, uro, and bariatrics. - Heart cases available (if desired), but no OB or pediatrics. - CRNAs perform their own blocks and lines, with full training and support provided.
