Develop and deliver educational materials and programs for nursing
staff in medical-surgical units. Evaluate educational outcomes and
modify programs to better meet the needs of the staff and improve
patient care. Maintain current knowledge of the latest
medical-surgical techniques and technologies. Support the
professional development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and
providing feedback. Collaborate with management and other
healthcare professionals to align educational programs with
strategic goals. Strong expertise in medical-surgical nursing
practices. Proficiency in creating and delivering comprehensive
training modules. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess educational needs and develop programs
accordingly. Strong analytical skills to evaluate training
effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Nurse Educator (CNE)
preferred.
