Job Description:
ChenMed is seeking a dedicated Associate Medical Manager to join
our growing team, focused on providing top-tier healthcare to
seniors with complex health conditions. This role is pivotal in
managing medical programs and enhancing patient care standards
across our clinics. The Associate Medical Manager will collaborate
with a team of healthcare professionals to streamline operations,
contribute to health management plans, and ensure compliance with
current medical laws and regulations while maintaining a high level
of patient satisfaction. Oversee daily operations of healthcare
services and patient care. Implement and monitor effective health
management programs. Collaborate with medical and administrative
staff to meet clinic goals. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Analyze patient satisfaction and
outcomes to tailor care programs. Manage staff training and
development in patient care practices. Conduct regular staff
reviews and maintain high staff morale. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities. Proficient in healthcare management software. Knowledge
of healthcare regulations and medical laws. Ability to analyze and
interpret healthcare data. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Manager
(CMM) or equivalent preferred. Relevant state-specific medical and
