Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at Step Up Children's Therapy Center, located in Windermere, FL. The Occupational Therapist will work with children of various ages to assess their needs and deliver therapeutic interventions that support their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities include creating individualized therapy plans, implementing developmentally appropriate therapies, collaborating with families and other professionals, and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including evaluating and implementing therapeutic interventions Strong knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation to address developmental and physical challenges Strong Communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Experience in or passion for working with Pediatrics populations Relevant professional certifications and licensure in Occupational Therapy Ability to develop compassionate, patient-focused treatment plans Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
