Full-Time Onsite | Monday-Friday Join a leading dialysis
organization building the greatest healthcare community, processing
100,000 tests daily in a high-complexity core lab with 200 staff.
Report to VP Lab Operations and provide day-to-day leadership
across clinical and non-clinical functions, emphasizing people
development, succession planning, and operational excellence in a
"community first" culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead large teams
in high-volume lab environments with proven compliance (CAP,
federal/state regulations) Oversee technical/platform transitions,
operations, and continuous team upleveling Drive people leadership,
morale, accountability, and bench strength through mentoring and
influence Manage day-to-day operations, separating technical
functions from administrative responsibilities Champion belonging,
performance standards, and emerging talent development Required
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in medical technology or related
sciences (Master s preferred) Medical Technologist registry (ASCP,
NCA, AAB or equivalent) 8 years laboratory management in
high-complexity, high-volume testing environments Intermediate MS
Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong
communication to build trust across diverse teams Preferred Skills:
Florida supervisory license Experience implementing new
