Job Description Job Description We are seeking experiencedand reliable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our network ofAmbulatory Surgery Centers in the Orlando, FL area. This is an excellentopportunity for CRNAs looking to work regular daytime hours in a no-call,no-weekend, no-holiday setting. You will be fully supported by a collaborativeclinical and non-clinical team and work under the direction of the operativesurgeon. Employment Type :Independent Contractor (1099) Schedule :Monday – Friday | No Call | No Nights | No Weekends | No Holidays Key Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care fora range of outpatient procedures in a modern ASC setting Interpret and respondappropriately to patient-specific needs based on age, medical history, andsurgical procedures Administer regional andgeneral anesthesia safely and efficiently Monitor patient vitals andanesthesia effects throughout surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons,RNs, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accuratedocumentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements Case Types May Include: Orthopedics,Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, Cardiac (Pacemakers) Requirements: Graduate of an accreditedNurse Anesthesia Program Current Florida APRN Licenseand National Certification as a CRNA BLS and ACLS certification(active and up-to-date) Prior ASC or outpatientexperience preferred Ability to workindependently and as part of a high-performing care team Strong communication,critical thinking, and patient-focused care skills
