Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 50 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Position Name: Full-time RRT Facility Name: Oviedo Medical Center? Available Shifts: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Salary Range: Min: $28- Mid to Max: (12 years of experience): $35-$40 an HR Shift Differentials: $4.50 for nights & Weekends: $3 Sign on: $15k Relocation assistance: Case by Case What qualifications you will need: - 1 year of RRT experience required (would like to see L&D or critical care experience). *CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) does not qualify. - Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date - (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist - Associate Degree - Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date - PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date - (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner About First Connect Health At First Connect Health, we take pride in being a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency, headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
