Job Description Job Description Charge Nurse (Registered Nurse RN) Full Time & Pool positions are available Locations: Orlando and Sanford Schedule: FT rotates (1) Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (2) Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Pay Rate: Starts at $31 (shift differential when applicable) and increases based on experience and credentials Who are we? As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to assess, plan implement and evaluate the nursing care of psychiatric clients. These functions include: - Demonstrating leadership while performing nursing care to clients in crisis. - Identifying and assessing client psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious needs. - Administering client medications and providing knowledge of medications and side effects. - Documenting client treatment details. - Assisting physicians with transcriptions and implementation of orders. - Maintaining compliance by completing necessary training. Qualifications - Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license. - Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. - Pass a Level II Background clearance.
