career path. Practice Overview You’ll join a team of 9 GI
physicians supported by 19 APPs Operate within a self-contained,
physician-owned network Enjoy autonomy without the bureaucracy of
hospital corporations Access to multiple office locations and
specialized centers Schedule Flexible scheduling with a mix of
clinic and procedural time Optional call with a standard daytime
inpatient ratio of 1:6-8 Saturday clinic or endoscopy work if not
participating in call Variety of roles including full-time GI
hospitalist available Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging
from $550,000 to $650,000 with growth potential Opportunity to earn
$650,000 - $700,000 within a few years $1,000,000 is achievable for
busy hard working providers Comprehensive benefits, 5 weeks of PTO,
and paid CME ASC buy-in opportunity after two years of service
Candidate Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in
Gastroenterology Open to general GI, Interventional GI, and GI
Hospitalists Comfort with a high-volume practice and clinical
trials Interest in becoming an equity partner in ASCs after two
