Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support students in a K-12 school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a school district in Florida. The role focuses on behavior intervention and support, providing valuable expertise to enhance educational outcomes for students with diverse needs. Location: Apopka, FL Duration: Contract through the current school year, ending 5/29/2026 Hours: 15-20 hours per week, itinerant throughout the district Student Group: K-12, specific caseload to be determined Certification Required: National BCBA Certification Responsibilities include: - Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized intervention plans - Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to implement behavior strategies - Monitoring student progress and adjusting plans as needed - Providing training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques - Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and ethical standards Desired Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential - Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred - Strong skills in behavior analysis and intervention techniques - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple school sites - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities This role offers a meaningful chance to positively impact students educational experiences and outcomes while working a part-time schedule.
