Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 52 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Local Contract Position Name: ICU Available Shifts: Days (Rotating Weekends) Shift Differentials: $4.50 nights; $1.50 weekends Sign ON: $20k for Nights and $15k for Days Relocation: Case by Case Fee: 20% In this role you will: /t - · Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation /t - · Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team /t - · Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively /t - · Monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention of life-threatening situations /t - · Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay. What qualifications you will need: /t - · 1 years of Recent ICU RN experience in acute care Required /t - · Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. /t - · Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred /t - · NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start /t - · Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start /t - · American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date /t - · PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Additional Information: /t - · Unit Beds: 16 /t - · 1:1,1:2 ratio TB_HC Talent Burst Job ID 25-30369.
