a Behavior Health Therapist, on the crisis team, you will provide
on-going assessments, crisis intervention techniques, individual
therapy, group therapy, develop and monitor service plans, monitor
treatment progress, document interactions, and maintain clinical
records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe
mental health and/or substance use disorders . Duties include
coordinating with internal as well as external supportive services
to deliver needed services to our clients and collaborate with
peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment. This position is based
at the Garcia House, a residential substance use disorder treatment
location. This position will be cross trained to cover multiple
sites including covering shifts at Garcia House, Behavioral Health
Urgent Care, Mobile Response Services, and our Crisis Stabilization
Unit. Additionally, this position will work with various sites as
needed, providing a wider-array of experiences and opportunities
for connections with our teams. All clinical staff at SummitStone
