Our hospital is proud to be AAHA-accredited and offers a wide range of services, including pet examinations and wellness visits, vaccinations, routine check-ups, surgeries, dentistry, and overall wellness.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to live in one of the top destinations in the world for tourists and families, with plenty of sunshine and fun activities to enjoy. We're located just a short 30-minute drive from the Disney parks and other fantastic attractions, and less than an hour from beautiful New Smyrna Beaches.

We're currently seeking a full-time Veterinarian who is a compassionate team player with strong communication skills and proficiency in general medicine and surgery. While experience is preferred, new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties

  • Examining pets to diagnose various illnesses, diseases, and injuries.
  • Treating pets by prescribing appropriate medications, cleaning and dressing wounds, and performing surgeries and other medical procedures.
  • Collecting samples of pets' blood, urine, and feces as required.
  • Operating radiographic and ultrasound equipment to conduct further diagnostic testing.
  • Spaying and neutering pets.
  • Advising pet owners on proper aftercare following surgeries and medical procedures.

    Key Skills, Qualifications and Client RequirementsQualifications for this position include a Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university, a current DEA license, an active Veterinary State License, and USDA accreditation (or obtained upon hire).
