This Health Insurance CSR Sales Position Features:

$16-$17/hour
Onsite (Baldwin Park Area)
Monday to Friday Schedule

Looking for a sales driven, and comfortable with cross selling to warm leads with a 220 or 240 license.

Job Responsibilities:
? Answer phones and make outgoing service calls to existing customers
? Place new leads into NowCerts (CRM)
? Make Mortgagee changes
? Assist in marketing to existing mortgage and relator contacts through coffee, bagels and inhouse marketing materials.
? Warm calls to prospects requesting P&C quotes
? Prospect intake for new leads
? Follow up with customers and insurance carriers for underwriting issues
? Cross-Sell Products
? Organize all electronic customer files into contacts and CRM
? Assist agent at customer exposure booths at events and within communities
? Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and on paper.
? Supporting teammates with follow up for clients and prospects
? Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically
? Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company--- both paper records and on our many different software programs
? Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed

Professional and Personal Skills:
? Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
? Type quickly and accurately
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
? Organized, structured, punctual and will follow the rules
? Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest
