COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Orthopedic - Spine (ORTHO)

  POSITION DETAILS Orthopedic - Spine (ORTHO)
  
  
  • 
    
  • Location: Orlando, FL
    
  • Prefer Spine Surgeon or an Orthopedic or Neuro Spine Surgeon that does injections for a personal Injury for LOP (Letter of Protection) clinic
    
  • Prefer 3 days/week
    
  • Clinic has 1 General Ortho & 1 Ortho Spine Surgeon
    
  • Outpatient Surgery Center
    
  • 80% Adult and 20% Adolescent
    
  • Primarily accident patients, Slip & Fall, Auto Accidents.
    
  • Minimally invasive type of procedures such as laminectomies. Micro surgery, spinal cord injections, injury medicine, pain management, Diagnostics (EMG/NCS, etc), extremity procedures/arthroplasty, and disability evaluation.
    
  • ALL ELECTIVE - 5 new patients per 24 patients
    
  • Must have active FL medical license
    
  • Must be Board Certified
    
  • Preferably spine fellow but not required
    
  • They do not accept Medicare Medicaid, Tricare or any group insurances accept PIP
    
  • Paper charting
    
  • Will pay all travel and lodging
