Job Description:
My Oviedo Counselor is seeking a part-time, dynamic licensed
mental health counselor to join our growing team. We serve the
Central Florida region and see patients out of our Oviedo, Florida
office. We believe in providing the highest quality care to our
clients, focusing on children, adolescents, and young adults ages
6-18. We are currently expanding and are now seeking an
experienced, licensed clinician who has a passion for our niche of
children/adolescent/young adult services. The ideal candidate will
be enthusiastic about growing their client base with a desire to
further their professional development. Currently, we are accepting
cover letters and resumes for:
- Any LMHC, LMFC, or LCSW who has a current FL License who has a
strong desire to work with youth. Must be comfortable working in a
full pay practice; no insurance plans are accepted. This role is
considered a permanent, part-time position, W2 (non-1099) and
includes the following benefits:

Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

both

- All marketing, advertising and promotional costs are covered by
the business

- Paid hourly training during onboarding timeframe
- All high quality referrals are provided
- Low stress work environment Responsibilities:
- Administering therapeutic interventions using the following
evidence-based practices: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy,
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational
Interviewing and Play Therapy
- Complete and maintain strong session notes, assessments and
treatment plans within 48-hours, assessing discharge needs and
lethality assessment
- Process payments same day and maintain clients appointments in
scheduler
- If also practicing telehealth, must have appropriate home
office setup in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws
and regulations Requirements:
- Current FL Department of Health Licensure in a related mental
health field
- Must be willing and able to provide service to a minimum of 20
clients per week
- Experience working with a EHR system (preferred)
- 3 years clinical experience working with youth (preferred)
- Bilingual (a plus, not required)
- Must be comfortable working in a full fee practice; no
