Job Description:

Summary:

• Provide technical and educational cardiac device expertise in order to achieve customer service objectives. - -Review Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) device remote transmissions and perform on-site checks/interrogations while providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible (hybrid field and remote position in the Tampa area).
  Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical and educational expertise remotely and on-site
  • Reviews remote transmissions and performs checks/interrogations for all CRM vendors
  • Provides trouble shooting support as needed
  • Maintains appropriate documentation -
  • Utilizes and maintains internal software -
  • Assists with the onboarding of new customers -
  • Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
  • Overall understanding of competitive landscape
  • Current with all new CRM products -
  • Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to maintain necessary credentials -
    Education and Preferred Experience Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare or engineering
    • Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) per the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE)
    • Extensive understanding of medical terminology
    • Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment -
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications -
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - - - - -
